This is a very nominal fee and is typically  as little as $5.00 to $10.00 unless a major national regatta  is planned.

Flying Scot members are encouraged to join the National Flying Scot Association (FSSA) but this is strictly voluntary.  A strong national organization is important both to extend your sailing experience beyond our own club by participation in events  of other clubs, and also to help maintain the value of your Flying Scot and its re-sale value.
