Do you have an event coming up at CSA?

There are a few things you need to do to get things rolling.

Some things to keep in mind

Use this
Events planning FORM

to begin the
publicity process
for your event.

The importance of publicity. Timely publicity on all of CSA’s platforms can make a big difference in the turnout at your event. Use the events planning form to alert the CSA publications crew about your event. Once you get the ball rolling, we can make sure it appears on our Facebook page, on our web page and in the Marks.

Art makes a difference. Having some good art with your announcement can attract attention.

Organization is important. As soon as possible, nail down the date and time of your event and who will be doing what.

Got docs? Flyers, NORs and other material is important to those who might be interested in your event. Make sure you make those available to the communications crew so they can be posted ASAP.

Got questions? Get in touch. Your communications crew wants to help make your event a success. Contact us at HERE
