From Points North, from Interstate 70, take exit 45, Hwy 127. Proceed south on Hwy 127 14.4 miles.
Then follow final steps below.
From Points East, Interstate 64 west to exit # 50 for route 127. at top of ramp turn right/north and proceed north on 127 to the intersection of Rt 127 and Hwy 50..

From St Louis and Points West, Interstate 64 east to exit #19b for Hwy 50. Exit and continue straight to the traffic light and turn right at the light on Hwy 50. Continue on Hwy 50 for 30 - 40 minutes to the intersection of Rt 127 and Hwy 50.

From Hwy 50 & Ill Route 127, From Hwy 50 turn left (north) or continue north from 127 north for 3 miles to county road 1700. (At the 2 mile point on 127, you will come to Water Tower Rd and see the Clinton County East water tower on your right. A little further north you will see a truck yard on the left. At this point start looking for your next right turn.) About ¼ mile north of the truck yard, there is a little sign that says Carlyle Sailing Association and a larger highway sign that says " Marina." However, both signs are subject to high winds and bad drivers so they may be temporarily down.

Turn East on County Rd 1700 and proceed about .9 miles to the stop sign and turn left on Hazlet Park Rd. Proceed on Hazlet Park Rd about 1.5 miles where the road will Y. ( Before getting to the Y you pass a couple of small roads that go off to your left - one of which is the road to Keysport. However, keep going straight and you will enter Hazlet State Park. When you come to the Y in the road there will be a big sign welcoming you to Hazlet State Park .) At this point, stay to your right and proceed straight about 3 miles and you will come to CSA. You will pass some camp grounds on your left but the road dead ends into CSA. There are no right turns other than gravel or very minor roads.
