From Hwy 50 & Ill Route 127,
Proceed left from Hwy 50 or continue straight or north on 127 for 3 miles to county road 1700. (At the 2 mile point on 127, you will come to Water Tower Rd and see the Clinton County East water tower on your right. A little further north you will see a truck yard on the left. At this point start looking for your next right turn.) About ¼ mile north of the truck yard and there is a little sign that says Carlyle Sailing Association and a larger highway sign that says " Marina ". However, both signs are subject to high winds and bad drivers so they may be temporarily down. Turn right on county Rd 1700 and proceed about .9 miles to the stop sign and turn left on Hazlet Park Rd. Proceed on Hazlet Park Rd about 1.5 miles where the road will Y. ( Before getting to the Y you pass a couple of small roads that go off to your left - one of which is the road to Keysport. However, keep going straight and you will enter Hazlet State Park. When you come to the Y in the road there will be a big sign welcoming you to Hazlet State Park .) At this point, stay to your right and proceed straight about 3 miles and you will come to CSA. You will pass some camp grounds on your left but the road dead ends into CSA. There are no right turns other than gravel or very minor roads.
